The unknown of what a plan will cost keeps many people from making that first contact. You won't incur fees until we start the process of giving our advice. Moreover, for many things such as simple wills, durable powers of attorney for business, durable powers of attorney for health care, and some trusts, we simply charge a flat fee. You will be able to have as many consultations, phone calls, and emails with no additional charges.

Many people have a trust binder prepared by other attorneys or trust preparers and ask us what it says. We are happy to help you understand that package, and propose simplifications.

Life moves on, and we are available to consult on whether changes need to be made to your existing package.
