Roxie Schmit

Roxie Schmit began her working career in computer processing at Midland National Life Insurance in Watertown, SD. After Midland relocated to Sioux Falls, SD, she then took the next twelve years off to enjoy raising their three children. Through faith, their love of family and farming, she has been a working wife, mother, and grandmother to eight grandchildren. She loved living the farm life she shared with her late husband. Back in the work force, she began working at the Human Service Agency and then for Burns Law Office, P.C. where she worked for 33 years as a legal secretary and office manager for Thomas Burns, Francis Burns, and Patrick Burns. In March of 2024, she joined Foley and Foley Law Office, P.C. and continues working with many of the same loyal clients and now many new ones.
