Ann Lauseng

Having worked in the office with John Foley for over 16 years, as a Paralegal, Ann offers experience in all facets of the practice but especially in real estate transactions. A 1983 honors graduate of South Dakota State University, Ann worked in accounting functions for small businesses before joining the office. She also has personal experience in the role and function as a fiduciary to assist those working through the process.

Since joining the office, Ann has developed experience and expertise in the proper formation of, and required form for all facets of real estate documents. The office uses that experience to efficiently and efficaciously construct your real estate documents.
